Bagh means “the Garden”. As the name suggests the town is one of the most richly greenish and fertile areas of Rawalakot. Bagh is situated at a distance ance of around 93 km from Muzaffarabad and 214 km from Islamabad. Earlier on it was part of the Poonch region of Jammu and Kashmir till 1987.
